Mod 3: Building our Own model of Citizenship (Weeks 7-11)
3.1 Telling our stories. Where did I come from?
3.2 Elazar, regional political cultures in the US; comparative political culture discussions
3.3 Story-telling and relational organizing.
3.4 – 3.6 Small Group Reads
3,7 whole class discussion of our experiences in our small groups; what role did political ideology play in these discussions?
 
Mod 4: Writing our Civic Biographies (Weeks 12-15)
4.1 Intro to Foliotek and Civic Biography Project      
4.2 Developing our origin myth
4.3 Living according to our values
4.4 Citizenship at multiple scales
